These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the OneiHost website (www.oneihost.com), billing portal (billing.oneihost.com), and all hosting products we sell. By creating an account, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. About OneiHost

2. Account registration
You must provide accurate billing, contact, and identity details. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the service.
3. Services and provisioning
- Service descriptions and prices are shown on our website and billing portal.
- Shared hosting is typically provisioned automatically after successful payment where automation is configured.
- VPS and dedicated servers may be delivered manually after payment confirmation, based on the plan and operating system you select.
- India and USA location options apply where listed on the product page.
4. Orders, payments, and GST
Orders are placed through our billing portal. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) may be added at checkout as per Indian tax rules (for example IGST / CGST / SGST at the prevailing rate, currently 18% where applicable).
Payment is collected via the payment methods enabled on the billing portal (including online payment gateways). An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation. Failed, reversed, or chargebacked payments may result in suspension of service.
5. Renewals and invoices
Recurring services renew according to the billing cycle you choose (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual). Invoices and payment reminders are issued through the Client Area. Non-payment may lead to suspension and later termination of the service and associated data.
6. Refunds
New customers may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase if they are not satisfied, subject to these conditions:
- Refunds apply to first-time purchases of eligible hosting products unless otherwise stated.
- Domain registration fees, add-ons, license fees, and third-party charges are generally non-refundable.
- Abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations void refund eligibility.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible and may take banking/network processing time.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use OneiHost services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity, including but not limited to:
- Malware, phishing, spam, or unsolicited bulk email
- Attacks on networks, unauthorized access, or distribution of illegal content
- Content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or applicable Indian law
- Cryptocurrency mining on shared hosting, or any activity that degrades shared platform performance
We may suspend or terminate service without refund when Acceptable Use is violated.
8. Service levels and support
We target 99.9% uptime for hosted services. Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider outages, force majeure, and customer-caused issues are excluded. Support is available 24×7 via phone, email, and WhatsApp for sales and technical queries related to our products.
9. Data and backups
You remain responsible for maintaining your own backups of websites, emails, and server data. Where we offer backup tools or snapshots, they are a convenience and not a guarantee of complete recovery. See also our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneiHost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to terms or services
We may update these Terms or product features to meet legal, security, or operational needs. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
